All files are available in PNG or TIFF, at 300 DPI for high-quality printing. The customer will receive the files via email through WeTransfer within 24 hours of purchase.

Files are intended for personal or decorative use only. We do not accept returns of digital products. A list of trusted printing suppliers is available; customers place orders directly with the supplier. We can assist with the printing purchase if requested.

Any quality-related complaints are the responsibility of the printing suppliers. Please check all order details carefully before completing the purchase.
