Terms and Conditions — Elegia Studio

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Elegia Studio website and the applicable framework for acquiring works presented under a curatorial model.

Elegia Studio does not operate as a digital products store nor as a custom art service. Reading these terms is essential to understand the nature of the works and the boundaries of acquisition.

1. Nature of the Works

The works presented by Elegia Studio are conceived as authorial artistic entities, with a defined status: unique piece or limited edition.

Downloadable digital files, images for unrestricted use, or contents intended for autonomous reproduction by the acquirer are not commercialized.

2. Digital Medium and Rights

The digital medium is used as an artistic matrix and element of identification of the work. Acquiring a work does not imply the transfer of digital files nor exploitation rights, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

The intellectual authorship of the works always remains with their creator.

3. Production and Delivery

Whenever a work is physically materialized, production is carried out under the coordination of Elegia Studio, through archival printing processes and specialized partners.

Printing is never delegated to the acquirer nor separated from the work as a certified entity. Timeframes and conditions are clarified before any confirmation.

4. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the authorial and curatorial nature of the works, returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Any issue related to material integrity will be analyzed case by case by the studio, within the scope of its commitment to clarity and responsibility.

5. Limitations and Legal Framework

Elegia Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation nor assumes responsibility for improper uses of the presented content.

These terms are governed by applicable legislation of the European Union.
